Whenever Manning needs a catch made, he turns to Harrison.

The 6-foot, 185-pound receiver is seven-time All-Pro and eight-time Pro Bowler. He holds records for single-season receptions (143), average receptions per season (93) and consecutive 100-reception seasons (4). He’s one of four players with 1,000 career catches and only Jerry Rice got to 100 receiving touchdowns faster.
He’s been Manning’s main target for Manning’s nine-year career, so it’s no coincidence that they are the most prolific quarterback-receiver duo in NFL history.

The 11th-year pro out of Syracuse doesn’t still have blazing speed, but he’s a precise route runner who streaked to 95 catches this season for 1,366 yards and 12 touchdowns.
He hasn’t been the Colts’ top target during the playoffs, but has been productive with 10 receptions for 134 yards.

It’s hard to believe, but Wayne will play in his first Pro Bowl next week. This was his third-straight season with at least 1,000 yards receiving, finishing with 86 receptions and 1,310 yards, both career highs.
He’s been the most consistent receiving threat in the playoffs, catching 5 passes in each game for 155 total yards and a score.

A first-round pick out of Miami in 2001, Wayne started slow and emerged as a top target in the 2004 season when caught 77 passes for more than 1,200 yards and 12 touchdowns. Since then, he has teamed with Harrison to be the NFL’s top passing catching duo.

Wayne is slightly larger than Harrison and is often used on routes across the middle and late in games because teams key on Harrison. Thanks to the rookie from LSU, the Colts hardly missed All-Pro running back Edgerrin James, who signed with the Arizona Cardinals in the offseason. But Indianapolis knows its running backs. Its two previous first-round selections at RB since 1994 have been James and former MVP Marhsall Faulk.

Addai split time early on with Dominic Rhodes, but emerged as the top option out of the backfield midway through the season. Despite the split time, he finished with 1,081 yards rushing on 226 carries, good for 4.8 yards an attempt. He also caught 40 passes for 325 yards.

A sturdy 5-11 and 214 pounds, Addai is explosive cutting through holes and has plenty of power to force his way into the end zone. He tied a team record earlier this season when he scored 4 touchdowns in one game.
His playoff production has faltered a bit, averaging just 3.8 yards per carry in three games, but two of those were against two of the best run defenses. The Colts’ biggest weapon in the playoffs hasn’t been Harrison or Wayne, but the fourth-year tight end from Iowa. He started the first 11 games of the season, but suffered a knee injury on Nov. 26. He returned for the postseason, which has been a boon for Indy.

Clark caught a game-high nine passes for 103 yards in a wild-card win over Kansas City, followed with 2 for 41 yards against Baltimore and burned New England for 6 catches and 137 yards, including a 52-yard gain in the fourth quarter that helped Indianapolis win the AFC title.

He’s faster than most tight ends, able to outrun most linebackers and overpowers most defensive backs because of his 6-3, 252-pound frame. When Clark went down with an injury, Utecht emerged as the top tight end threat. He actually ended the season with more catches (37) and yards (377) than Clark, though Clark has been re-established as the team’s No. 1 option at tight end in the playoffs.

It would be foolish to ignore Utecht, though.

At 6-foot-6 and 251 pounds, he’ll be the biggest target on the field and possesses good speed for someone his size. Rhodes isn’t the biggest guy around - just 5-foot-9 and 203 pounds - but he’s invaluable to the Colts as an all-purpose threat out of the backfield.

Now in his sixth season, Rhodes rushed for 641 yards in addition to catching a career-high 36 passes for 251 yards. He’s able to elude most tacklers thanks to his size and quickness, though he struggles in the backfield picking up blitzes.

Another option at tight end, Fletcher hasn’t put up the same numbers as Clark and Utecht, finishing with just 18 receptions for 202 yards this season (his second out of UCLA), but is capable when it counts.

Another little-used offensive option, Morehead had just 8 catches for 82 yards this season, though he’s capable of big gains. He’s nearly equaled his season output in the playoffs with 5 receptions for 41 yards, including three for 23 yards in the AFC title game.
