He was caught pirating thousands of video games in 2001 by an undercover investigation called – get this – Operation Buccaneer and was sentenced to 18 months in prison in 2003. Interestingly, Pittman, a husband and father of two, said he did it for the fame, not the spoils.";

Guybrush Threepwood from the 'Monkey Island' series
The hard-to-pronounce Guybrush \"Fancy Pants\" Threepwood is definitely the worst-dressed pirate we've ever seen, sporting little black shoes and a ridiculous white blouse, much like the one Seinfeld regretted wearing in \"The Puffy Shirt\" episode. Nevertheless, Threepwood remains one of our favorite video game pirates of all time given the adventure he brought to our living rooms.
