In April 2007, he was sentenced to 64 months in prison and ordered to pay $10,000 restitution to the two victims. ";

In May 2005, he was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison as well as supervised release for the rest of his life. ";

Seven girls who Pepe sexually abused testified against him during his trial.  The girls, who were between the ages of 9 and 12 when they were abused, were brought over from Cambodia to testify that Pepe drugged, bound, beat and raped them.  Some of the victims testified that they were required to give Pepe sexual massages and perform oral sex on him on a daily basis. Pepe is scheduled for sentencing in September of this year. He faces up to 210 years in federal prison.";

In December 2003, he was arrested in Vancouver when a prostitute claimed that he had paid her; thinking he intended to have sex with her, however beat her instead.  When he was arrested, police found a video camera, with tape of himself beating the woman. Even more disturbing, police later discovered more videotapes of Bakker having sex with underage girls in Cambodia. In June 2005, he pled guilty to 10 counts of sexual assault. He was sentenced to 7 years in prison.";
