Xmasmovies[i-1].body = "What happens when you have too much money and too much time on your hands? Seriously, what happens, because I sure don't know. But in Bret Easton Ellis' world, you take a lot of drugs, party all the time and enjoy the pleasures of the flesh with little thought of the consequences. While that might sound good on the surface, this tale of superficial decadence shows that a life without meaning ultimately lands you in a movie with Andrew McCarthy. In this case, McCarthy plays Clay, a college student home in L.A. for the holidays. He spends that time partying with former classmates Julian (Robert Downey Jr.) and Blair (Jamie Gertz). Sadly, Downey's portrait of an out-of-control drug addict played a little too much like reality for the actor.";

Xmasmovies[i-1].body = "John McClane is an ordinary cop just trying to patch things up with his estranged wife, Holly. He shows up at her company Christmas party for a little cheer and reconciliation and gets a multi-million dollar big-action film instead. McClane, played by a letter-perfect smirking Bruce Willis, single-handedly takes on a band of German terrorists (led by Alan Rickman) hell bent on spoiling the Nakatomi Corporation festivities. He sweats, he swears, he smokes, he plots, he kills and uses some good old-fashioned American ingenuity as he ultimately, says \"Not on my watch, Hans!\" Nothing says Christmas like a victory for the good guys. Yippee-ki-yay indeed.";

Xmasmovies[i-1].body = "Like every kid who is given a cuddly, cute pet for Christmas, Billy Peltzer promises he will take care of his Gizmo. He'll feed him and pet him and love him and clean up his Gizmo poo. And like all kids, despite being a twentysomething bank teller, Billy quickly forgets his promise and lets his Mogwai get wet (strike one), exposes him to bright light (strike two) and feeds him after midnight (there go the flood gates!). This movies has all the ingredients for a great anti-Christmas movie -- untimely death, an absentee father who only comes home to bear gifts and nasty, evil little monsters who turn an idyllic (and nonexistent) little town into a war zone. Bonus points for pureed Gremlin. Green and red, perfect for Christmas.";

Xmasmovies[i-1].body = "\"Looking good, Billy Ray! Feeling good, Louis!\" This may be the last really funny movie made by Eddie Murphy that didn't involve animals or cartoons. Down-on-his-luck petty criminal Billy Ray Valentine learns the true meaning of the word Jacuzzi while millionaire-turned-Rent-A-Santa Louis Winthorpe III gets a really good look at Jamie Lee Curtis' Christmas bulbs. Ho ho ho! Randolph and Mortimer Duke's little wager teaches us all the true meaning of the season -- that anybody's life can be turned upside down for the amusement of the idly rich and that your luck can turn on a $1 bet. All in all, a very funny movie. Merry New Year!";

Xmasmovies[i-1].body = "Long before Mel Gibson picked up his cross and became passionate about the crucifixion of Christ, he was a great action movie star. He carried a gun, sported a mullet and kicked serious butt. \"Lethal Weapon\" is Mel Gibson at his action-movie best. Gibson's Martin Riggs, an unstable cop of the verge of suicide following the death of his wife, is partnered with the stable, over-the-hill Roger Murtaugh (Danny Glover) to take on evil drug dealers Gary Busey and Mitchell Ryan. Christmas, the season of peace and family, is the backdrop to this tale of violence, heartbreak and ultimately redemption. Okay, the Christmas angle may be a bit of a stretch, but regardless of the time of year, this is an excellent action film.";
