Stress releases hormones that inhibit your bodies ability to burn fat. Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended are to spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. Soak in a hot tub, walk on the beach or in a park, read a good book, visit a friend, play with your dog, listen to soothing music, watch a funny movie. Get a massage, a facial or a haircut. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible.

Enlist the support of your family. Have a serious talk with your loved ones and friends and ask them to help. They should be able to help you find materials on nutritious eating, and can help purchase the foods that will help, such as fresh fruits for snacks and whole grain cereals for breakfast. And they can avoid purchasing foods that will tempt you with poor choices, such as sodas, chips, candy, donuts or cookies.

Find your motivation from within. Weight loss won't happen unless the desire comes from inside you. No amount of outside pressure will do the job.
";

In fact, it is hard to look like a model and still get the appropriate nutrition from an adequate amount of food. Instead, take a look at athletes. Most of them are muscular, full bodied and brimming over with good health! You don't have to be a full-fledged athlete to look or feel that way, but once you have developed an active lifestyle and good eating habits, you will.

Sleep. Make sure you get proper rest. Your body releases many of it's weight loss hormones at night while you sleep. For example, human growth hormone burns fat and builds muscle. Leptin helps control appetite. When you don't sleep the body releases stress hormones that make you gain like cortisol and hormones that make you hungry like ghrelin.

Don't under-eat. Under-eating is just as dangerous as overeating. It damages your metabolism because the body thinks it's starving. This not only triggers a weight-loss plateau, but can lead to a viscous cycle of yo-yo dieting.";

TDY_BiggestLoser[i-1].body = "<headline/>
No matter what your weight, there are takeaway fitness lessons for everyone in \"The Biggest Loser.\" Here are trainer Kim Lyon's tips based on Lezlye's journey:

Stay hydrated! Our muscles are three quarters water and without it your energy level and metabolism will be zapped. That is when people end up skipping workouts and depending on sugary snacks to get you through your day. If you are not big on plain water add some lemon, but try to avoid drinking a ton of caffeinated diet sodas and coffee that because caffeine actually has a diuretic effect. I recommend carrying a water bottle with you all day or having a pitcher of water at your desk.

Always plan ahead. It only takes a few minutes in the morning to pack a few snacks for the day. It is as simple as throwing an apple and a string cheese or a few nuts into you purse or briefcase and it could save you from ending up starving at the drive thru. Eating throughout the day can also help you avoid coming home at night and overloading on excess calories just before bed.

Make getting in shape fun by educating yourself with new exercises and ideas. The same old workout routine can getting boring and tedious. There are so many exercise out there, find a routine you like and continue to build on it. I really recommend the new Biggest Loser Training book. It is full of great idea, trainer and contestant tips and plenty of exercises for all levels. There is even a recipes from the past contestants.
";
