Other than that, the only aspects of these teams worth commending are elements of the Bears and Vikings defense and, perhaps, a couple of weapons in the Lions offense. ";

Tampa was probably the least talented team in the playoffs in 2007. Without a playoff appearance in 2008, the Panthers are staring at an overhaul. The Falcons are so far beneath the surface of good that best-case scenario for them will be to see filtered sunlight under the waves by the end of the year. ";
